What is your refund policy?

If you’d like a refund BEFORE we drop the templates or workflow, no problem at all.

However, once we drop our templates (even if it’s a few of them) and workflow, due to the downloadable nature, we cannot offer refunds.

All sales are final!

Note, that while due to regulations, EU buyers have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item, this does not apply to digital content in this context. For this reason, our viral content templates are not eligible for return. All sales are final.

However, we do care about customer experience and are available Monday - Friday (European Timezone) to help you resolve any issues you might be having with using our products. But trust me, we have over 10,000 happy customers and over 1000 affiliates, I doubt you’d be asking for a refund.
