Well, I am not suggesting you NEVER appear on camera on your social media. Far from it. But even the best performers on the planet are humans who need a break from the camera from time to time.

So what I recommend isn't to STOP doing on-camera-reels if you're already doing them.

I am simply providing an alternative solution for creating reels for those days or weeks where you simply don't have the energy to show up.
