Do you offer refunds on digital downloadable products?

As per our terms and conditions, it clearly states that no refunds are available.

As you can understand, this is particularly true for digital products - whether or not they have been downloaded - since we cannot prevent you from downloading them at a later date.

Note that while due to regulations, EU buyers have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item, this does not apply to digital content, especially when it's been accessed. For this reason, our viral content templates are not eligible for return.

Our terms and conditions are confirmed by you before you make a purchase and the refund clause is particularly highlighted to you at the checkout to ensure clarity about the refund terms.

As a result, if we were to stay in integrity, we cannot provide a refund.
