How do I login to access my templates

If you are having trouble logging into your account to access The Viral Content Templates™, you will require the following:

The email you used to purchase your product
The password you setup during the checkout

1) If you know the email you used, but don't remember the password you created, simply go to viralmarketingstars.com/login and click on "Forgot Password".

2) Once you have successfully logged into your account, you will see all existing products you have purchased with us. The Viral Content Templates™ has two separate products depending on if you bought the Template Pack or the Full Bundle. You can also located The IG Story Boosters and The Viral Hashtag Mastery Workshop if you purchased them.

Once you enter the product click on "Go To The Templates Now" or the section "[Download] The Viral Content Templates™ Variety Pack (with Canva How To Tutorial)" and that will take you to the next page.

Now you want to navigate to the right where the arrow points and download the PDF called "The Viral Content Templates TM Variety Pack by Viral Marketing Stars - 3.0.pdf"

Once the PDF is downloaded, open it on your web browser and scroll down to page #5. You'll see the Template Column with 6 purple buttons that you can right click and open in a new tab for each of them.If you don't know the password or email you used, reach out to us at [email protected] and we can provide further assistance.

Once you open the 6 template buttons in a new tab, you will be directed to Canva.com and will be shown a preview of the file with a button called [Use Template] that you can click to add to your Canva.com account. If you are not logged into your Canva.com account, the website will prompt you to login first before adding the template file to your account.

You will now have 6 files for The Viral Content Templates™ added to your Canva account.
