What is your refund / cancellation policy for these templates?

Due to the downloadable nature of The Viral Content Templates™, we cannot offer refunds on your purchase.

Note that while due to regulations, EU buyers have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item, this does not apply to digital content. For this reason, our viral content templates are not eligible for return. 

All sales are final.

However, we do care about customer experience and are available Monday - Friday (European Timezone) to help you resolve any issues you might be having with using our products. But trust me, we have over 12,000+ happy customers and over 1000+ affiliates, so I doubt you'd be thinking of a refund.
